Free Shipping (Canada)
Free shipping is available to the following Canadian cities:
Toronto (ON), Montreal (QC), Vancouver (BC), Calgary (AB), Edmonton (AB), Ottawa–Gatineau (ON/QC), Winnipeg (MB), Quebec City (QC), Hamilton (ON), Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge (ON), London (ON), Halifax (NS), Oshawa (ON), Victoria (BC), Windsor (ON), Saskatoon (SK), Regina (SK), St. John’s (NL), Sherbrooke (QC), Barrie (ON), Kelowna (BC), Abbotsford–Mission (BC), Kingston (ON).
Orders shipped to locations outside of these cities — including smaller towns, rural areas, and remote communities — may be subject to additional shipping fees. We will contact you before processing your order to confirm any extra charges.
International Orders
For international shipping, please contact us at support@loadedoff.com for a quote.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
We will contact you within 48 hours of your order to confirm shipment details. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by text and/or email. Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
Delivery Attempts
Two delivery attempts will be made. If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to collect the order from the carrier’s station.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, please sign as “Package Damaged” and notify us immediately. Keep all packaging for courier claims. While LOADED is not directly responsible for loss, theft, or transit damage, we will assist in filing claims and arranging replacement parts if needed.
Forklift Delivery Fee
- Standard Forklift Delivery: No additional fee
- Non-Forklift Delivery: +$100 surcharge (covers manual handling at locations without forklift access)
Return Policy
We aim to make your purchase experience smooth and transparent. Please review the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
- Products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or cannot be installed due to incorrect dimensions or missing parts.
- If you suspect that you have received the wrong product, please contact us before unboxing or assembling. This ensures we can verify the item and provide the correct solution without additional complications.
- If you encounter installation issues (e.g., incorrect fit, missing hardware), please stop installation and contact us. We will provide replacement parts or an alternative solution.
Ineligible Returns
- Once a product has been fully installed, returns are not accepted for reasons of dissatisfaction with appearance, size, height, or other personal preferences.
- Products that are used, altered, or missing original packaging and accessories are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. We may require photos or videos of the issue.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- Defective/damaged product returns are covered by LOADED. For other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
