Shipping Policy

We provide complimentary shipping for all products within Canada, with the exception of YT, NT, NU. Additional shipping fees may apply to remote or rural areas, including NL, A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, and X0A-Y9Z. To ensure a successful delivery, we will make a confirmation call to finalize shipment details generally within 48 hours of your order. Once your order has shipped out, you will receive a text message and/or email containing the carrier and tracking number. By clicking the tracking number, you can stay up-to-date on your delivery status.

Our delivery window typically falls within 10-15 business days after the order has shipped out from our warehouse. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver may leave the package at your front door. Two delivery attempts will be made; if you miss the second attempt, you must collect the item from the station within a few days, or it will be returned to our warehouse.

Should you receive a damaged package, please sign for it as "Package Damaged" and notify us immediately via email. Do not discard the packaging, as it is required for a damage claim with the shipping courier. While we are not directly responsible for any loss, theft, or damages during delivery, we will assist you in filing a claim and sending replacement parts if necessary.

Return Policy

Our customer service is designed to make your purchasing experience as easy as possible. You may return any purchase for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns for defective or damaged products incur no fees, while customers are responsible for return shipping costs for other reasons.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Damaged or defective products will be shipped back to LOADED at our expense, while other returns will be at the customer's expense. If you choose to provide the shipping, a tracking number must be provided and confirmed delivered to our warehouse. We reserve the right to decide if an item may be returned to LOADED.

Refunds are typically issued within 2-5 business days once the item is returned. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

If an item is undelivered, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately to submit a return claim. We may require pictures or videos of the damaged or defective item to process a refund. Replacement units or parts are subject to availability, and alternative solutions may be offered. Please allow 3-5 business days for the completion of such requests.
